Ingredients
- 1 Large Avocado, Diced
- 1 cup canned tuna, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Celery, Chopped
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 3 lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and the canned, drained tuna with a fork.
- Add the chopped tomato, onion, and celery along with the lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt.
- Mix well
- Add the chopped lettuce leaves to the mixture and place the salad in refrigerator to chill.
- Serve chilled with chips or crackers.
