Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Avocado, Diced
  • 1 cup canned tuna, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Celery, Chopped
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado and the canned, drained tuna with a fork.
  2. Add the chopped tomato, onion, and celery along with the lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt.
  3. Mix well
  4. Add the chopped lettuce leaves to the mixture and place the salad in refrigerator to chill.
  5. Serve chilled with chips or crackers.
