Ingredients
- 2 cups diced apple
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Red-leaf lettuce leaves for serving
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, combine the apples, walnuts, celery, and raisins.In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.Toss the dressing with the apple-nut mixture.
